AlMuqsitoon legal firm provides internal training for individuals within the work team and in consistence with unique requirements of clients, thus providing a climate of privacy, through which there would be discussions about clients' private matters focusing on developing skills that is required in the environment of work and in a way securing the best practical studied results. There have been provided a number of internal training schedules:

  • The first training course in cooperation with Al-Tanmiah Institution for education and development titled working in a team
  • The second training course in cooperation with Al-Tanmiah Institution for education and development titled Trademarks (procedural phases of administrative registration, how to draft and estimate expertise reports)

We are almost finished preparing for our third and fourth comprehensive training courses for the year 2016 to escort a number of variable legal aspects.

3. The Law on Creating Islamic Banks No.35 of 2005: a participation in its formation.

4. The Law of Small Finance No.15 of 2007: a participation in its formation.

5. Execution Directives for The Small Finance edict No.15 of 2007, we have submitted a study on modifying these directives to encourage on establishing social banking foundations by virtue of the mentioned edict, 2008.

6. (United Nations Development Program) - UNDP Syria: "The enterprise of Alhus Mountain" a small finance institution working by Murabaha method, 2007-2008.

  • Revising Murabaha contracts and securities.
  • Submitting a legal study about the legal framework of small financing in Syria.
  • Submitting a study to transfer the enterprise from UNPD to the Syrian Government.
  • Participating in negotiations about the transfer process with State Planning Agency/Small Finance Administration, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Agriculture.
  • Submitting a study about small finance strategy in Syria.
