Served as members of the legal committee for founding and drafting the bylaws of the National Company for Transfer and E-Payment Services.

Law No. 15 of 2007 on Microfinance. - Executive Regulations for the Microfinance Decree
Presented a study proposing amendments to the regulations to encourage the establishment of social banking institutions (2008). - UNDP – “Jabal al-Hoss” Project
Supported a microfinance institution operating under Murabaha (2007–2008); this included reviewing Murabaha contracts and guarantees, preparing legal studies, and engaging in negotiations for the project's strategic transformation. - State Planning Commission / Microfinance Management
Participated in developing the national microfinance strategy (2009–2010). - Al Baraka Bank Syria
